Engagement shoots with me tend to be more of a "Moment in the life of..." the couple. We find something fun they may typically do and just record the real moments. This trail is up by their house in the foothills where they walk their dog. PERFECT! We loaded up and took off for the trail. You should have seen how excited their doggy was to get 2 walks that day! There was this beautiful tree on the edge of the hill that couldn't have been any better! I get more excited about photos than I should but oh well!

When Jessica called me about an engagement I was SO hoping that we had snow! It had snowed a few weeks ago and mostly melted so I was a little bummed but the days leading up to our shoot we had this amazing fog that left frost all over the branches and shrubs. It was sparkly and absolutely stunning!! I couldn't help but be excited to play!
