The forecast for Dayne and Maggie's wedding was the hottest day of the summer with temperatures hitting close to 110. When preparing for the day, I was a bit concerned (my mom was actually most concerned) since I would likely not be able to take breaks and keep hydrated. To my surprise and delight, when I arrived, Maggie's mom had already put someone on "Annie duty". Anything I would need, Maggie's aunt was there to get it. She had water, a fan, food, everything. I was overwhelmed by the hospitality of both families and felt like I was truly a part of the family.
The venue, Fourth Street Gardens in Emmett Idaho, is a victorian home surrounded by beautiful gardens of flowers. Its provided a classic and timeless backdrop to the day. The timeline we had prepared allowed time to laugh, to hang out and truly enjoy this day. The ceremony was held in the garden and was breathtaking. You could feel the love they had for each other as they smiled, held hands and shared their vows. We met for a few more family photos then made our way to the grand entrance at the reception.
The sweetheart table for the bride and groom was a sight to see. What a beautiful table styled by Blush Creek. In addition to that beautiful setup, they also provided a gorgeous beverage bar and a lounge area. I can't get enough of Ashley and Debbie at Blush Creek for bringing such gorgeous details to life!!
Bodacious Pig catered and the food was amazing (we were all ready to eat). The cake was beautifully designed by Greg Marsh and it didn't disappoint. Once the toasts were done and a tear jerking message from Maggie's father, the dancing began and the party SERIOUSLY started. Jt at Sound Wave did such a great job making sure the dance floor was filled. He even got out to show the crowd how to officially do "the wobble dance".
As you will see, the dancing was the best part of the whole day! All in all this day was so wonderful! I am thankful and honored to share these images from the day with you!!!
